Office Administrator

As an Office Administrator, you’ll be assisting the Chief Executive Officer, the Human Resources Officer, and the Finance Officer with administrative tasks. The most successful Office Admin will be able to organize and multitask, as well as be communicative with the leads of the company and the team.

What you’ll be doing

  • Organize and manage both physical and online events of the company – liaising with both HR and suppliers for all logistical necessities of the event.
  • Coordinating with all employees on document submissions and task updates
  • Ensuring that hygiene tasks of every employee are followed up on and reporting to the department leads on the completion status of the team.
  • Assist in the replenishment of office supplies and equipment needed by the employees
  • Assist in monitoring and sending of the purchase orders and invoices of external clients

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
    1-year professional experience in a related position is an advantage
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability
  • Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel
