Graphic Designer

As a Graphics Designer (GD), you will be a key member of the Digital Team participating in brainstorming and creating marketing campaign concepts, collaborating closely with the different company and account leads in the creation and delivery of marketing collaterals.

Thorough research will be required to understand each client’s industry, products/services, branding, and marketing goals. The most successful graphic designer will be a quick learner with a versatile designing style.

What you’ll be doing

  • Generating ideas on how the creative requirements of each client will be executed considering factors not limited to the following:
    • Formats (GIFs, Static, Videos)
    • Sizes
    • Styles/Themes
  • Delivering the creative requirements of each client within an acceptable time frame aligned with both the client and fellow team members
  • Contributing to an internal bank of layouts which could be easily used by anyone in the team for ad hoc and last-minute requests made by clients
  • Supporting in brand competition scans and providing suggestions for future executions coming from (but not limited to) these signals
  • Generating creative executions which may be required internally by the team to deliver agency-hosted events, and client pitches

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-year professional graphic design experience. Having a solid portfolio of work is an advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to adjust and meet deadlines especially under pressure
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability
  • Proficient in Photoshop, AfterEffects, and Illustrator
