Digital Marketing Analyst

As a Digital Marketing Analyst (DMA), you will be a key member of the Digital Team setting up campaigns for our clients and brainstorming how to optimize their brands through online marketing strategies. You will also be analyzing these brands’ performances and finding ways for them to improve.

Thorough research will be required to understand each client’s industry, products/services, branding, and marketing goals.

What you’ll be doing

  • Setup campaigns on assigned marketing channels (Facebook, Google, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, Dotcom, etc.)
  • Assist on project management and development of marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate closely with external client partners and internal creatives and management teams
  • Optimize brands’ performance to ensure clients continuously use the company’s services, upgrade their packages, and renew their contracts
  • Process, analyze, and prepare reports
  • Help develop and improve business processes and procedures to maximize work efficiency

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Candidate should ideally have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer/IT, or any equivalent
  • Able to communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to adjust and meet deadlines especially under pressure
  • Able to work and organize individual and cross-functional tasks
  • Proficient in MS Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
